Drive X is running out of space! We need your assistance.

Please review the files you have stored on Drive X and remove any files that are no longer needed. I you have files that are seldom used please take a few minutes and burn them to a CD or DVD. Drive X is intended to be used to share files and not as a data backup system. We really do not want to  implement a procedure to delete files based on the age of the file on regular basis but we may be forced to in the future.

Every computer in Extension now has a CD/DVD burner on it with appropriate software to archive old files to a CD or DVD. If you need to know how to use the CD/DVD burner software please call our CAS Resource Center at 662-325-0758 for assistance.
